Somerville Theater
Somerville Theater
Opening in 1914 as a vaudeville house, the Somerville Theatre now has live music shows in its large auditorium and also shows major movies in all it’s smaller theaters. It’s located just outside the Davis Square red line T stop and is one of the buildings that makes Davis feel so iconic.
This original art was created as part of a larger series about Boston Landmarks. The art print was done on 100# Cover Textured Matte paper to give it a fine art feel. The painting was created using Posca and Molotow acyrlic markers.
