Shop Policies

SHIPPING

Orders $100+ ship for free. We aim to ship your order within three days of receiving it. If there is an exception, it will be noted in the item's description on its product page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges as long as they meet the following requirements:
  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to discuss your return or exchange
  • Ship the item back within 30 days of the delivery date
We cannot accept returns on the following goods unless they have arrived damaged:
  • Sale items
  • Custom orders

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

GIFTING

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please leave us a note at checkout. We will use our retail packaging for that item, and are happy to write a note to the intended recipient on your behalf if you are shipping it directly to them - just let us know what to say! Prices will not be listed anywhere in the package.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take your privacy seriously. Your contact information and address will only be used to fulfill and communicate with you about your order. If you sign up for our (very sporadically sent) newsletter, your email goes no further than us.
