Powderhouse Monument
Powderhouse Monument
Rising 30 ft in the air atop Quarry Hill, Powder House Monument was built in 1703 which makes it the oldest stone building in the state of Massachusetts. The park is the perfect place to picnic on a warm day, even better when there’s live music like the Blues & Jazz fest.
This original art was created as part of a larger series about Boston Landmarks. The art print was done on 100# Cover Textured Matte paper to give it a fine art feel. The painting was created using Posca and Molotow acyrlic markers.
